We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to support the pre-construction management of energy storage projects across Arizona and New Mexico. Requirements
- Manage multiple energy storage projects simultaneously across various development stages
- Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Interface with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, and interconnection stakeholders
- Develop technical project scopes and optimize project variables for improved feasibility
- Support PPA and GIA negotiations with origination teams
- Build and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet and other PM tools
- Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement requirements
- Analyze key performance metrics and financial data to support decision-making
- Present financial models to business units and manage through executive approvals
- Source, negotiate, and execute contracts for geotechnical, survey, engineering, and construction services
- Prepare comprehensive project turnover packages for construction phase
- Travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%)
