LEASING SPECIALIST

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showcasing the features of the property, and matching their needs with the perfect apartment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Leasing Agent is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Experience with Resman property management software is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines.
