Intern, Government Affairs and Corporate Communications

APCO Shanghai is seeking interns for a program starting in mid-September or the end of October 2025, offering both Chinese and international students a substantive work experience. Interns will be integrated into all aspects of the company, including government relations, communications, and market entry. Internship length is typically 3-6 months, with a preference for 6 months for full-time commitment. This internship supports a wide range of projects under the guidance of project managers or the Intern Coordinator.

Requirements

• Work in the office
• Work for at least 3 months
• Work at least 3 days a week
• Bachelor or master’s degree in progress, preferably in international relations, political science, communications, public relations, or related fields
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in corporate communications and/or government relations
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and with analytical thinking
• Able to balance multiple tasks
• Able to work as in a team and independently
