Patient Care Consultant, Plastic Surgery

The Patient Care Consultant will be responsible for managing the patient base and practice of two plastic surgeons, as well as performing administrative duties relevant to surgical operations.

Requirements

• Engage with potential and current patients
• Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain and develop a patient pipeline
• Re-engage patients who have undergone surgery
• Assist with marketing efforts
• Provide value and education to patients
• Collect and apply deposits or payments
• Communicate with clinical team and provider
• Ensure medical clearances are documented
