The Patient Care Consultant will be responsible for managing the patient base and practice of two plastic surgeons, as well as performing administrative duties relevant to surgical operations.
Requirements
- Engage with potential and current patients
- Manage patient inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain and develop a patient pipeline
- Re-engage patients who have undergone surgery
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Provide value and education to patients
- Collect and apply deposits or payments
- Communicate with clinical team and provider
- Ensure medical clearances are documented
