Job Description
The SIOP Analyst supports the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process by delivering accurate data, actionable insights, and reliable reporting. This role plays a critical part in aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial targets across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 2â4 years in supply chain planning, demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel required; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan, Kinaxis) is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon consumption forecasting or Amazon vendor analytics strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage or analyze multiple channels of distribution (Amazon, Retail, Distributor, DTC).
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to cross-functional partners.
- High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset.
