Supply & Demand Planning Manager

The Supply & Demand Planning Manager will own end-to-end demand planning and supply alignment across wholesale, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels for a growing water filtration business.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or SIOP roles within related Mass Retail, Consumer products, durable goods, or water filtration businesses
• Proven experience managing demand across Direct and wholesale (Amazon Preferred) channels
• Strong Excel proficiency required
• Ability to communicate complex data and trade-offs clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
