The Finance & HR Manager will be a trusted business advisor to the executive team, supporting key business decisions with financial information and operational analytics. The role involves managing the company's liquidity, relationships with banks and Aperam Group Finance team, and promoting compliance with regulatory laws and accounting rules.
Requirements
- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions
- Proactively manage the company liquidity
- Strictly follow the costs of the company
- Promote & Ensure compliance of the mother company with regulatory Laws
- Drive the annual budget process
- Develop and implement a risk management policy
- Coordinate HR department for payroll and union negotiations
- Improve ERP systems and integrate current systems into Group IT tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Independent and structured way of working
- Finance background in accounting and controlling
- Graduate of Business Administration or similar fields, MBA is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High level of knowledge in MS Office programs, especially Excel
