Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance & Control Engineer/Sr. Engineer for a Clad products site. The role involves maintaining rigorous quality control throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication, calibration skills, and understanding of modern HR tools are essential.
Requirements
- Obtain, measure, and prepare metallic samples for mechanical testing.
- Ensure proper calibration of laboratory equipment.
- 100% involvement in timely calibration of all laboratory equipment.
- Good communicator and determined to build quality.
- Experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949 environments.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and Complete responsibility of product quality.
- Establishing suitable controls at each stage including packaging.
- Improving product yield by reducing rejection / scrap.
- Visiting vendor for quality checking & job work.
- Quality Checking at production line on shop floor.
