Production Manager responsible for overseeing activities and performance based on budgetary guidelines, proposing budgets, and supervising implementation of action plans. Also responsible for animating and developing their teams, defining priorities for evolution and development of skills, and managing potential tensions.

Requirements

• Oversee activities and performance based on budgetary guidelines
• Propose, decline, and supervise the implementation of action plans
• Analyze and report on strategic performance indicators
• Pilot the realization of programs within defined costs and deadlines
• Set up anticipation and detection processes for deviations or dysfunctions
• Pilot service activity in accordance with the defined framework
• Supervise internal logistics management
• Contribute to defining technical specifications, investment requests, and selecting offers
• Animation and development of their teams
• Manage potential tensions in line with their hierarchical manager and HR
