Industrial Production Manager responsible for upstream production, operational management, and transformation, working with teams to improve performance, safety, and quality.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Confirmed experience in industrial production management (agro-food sector is a plus)
- Appetite for structured environments, standards, and performance
- Experience in continuous improvement and change management
- Ability to analyze, structure, prioritize, and decide
- Fluency in French and English
