Quality Engineer

Aperia is seeking a Quality Engineer to support automotive customers, manufacturing, and suppliers. The role involves implementing and administering ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting product/process qualifications.

Requirements

• Education in Quality, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5+ years as a quality engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience in automotive-related manufacturing is preferred
• Expert level knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards in manufacturing
• Experience and working knowledge of key quality tools used in manufacturing (5-Why, Fishbone, GR&R, GD&T, 8D/CAPA for RCCA)
• Experience working with database systems to extract, format, analyze and report conclusions/recommendations internally and externally
