Senior Geologist/Hydrogeologist

Apex is seeking a Senior Geologist/Hydrogeologist to lead and grow their regional environmental consulting practice in the Seattle Metro area. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting and a strong track record of business development, client engagement, and project management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience with progressive responsibility and leadership.
• Professional registration as a PE or PG in Washington State.
• Proven success in business development, client engagement, and managing complex environmental programs.
• Deep experience with site characterization, investigation, remediation, and regulatory strategy.
• Strong communication skills — both technical and strategic — with a proven ability to connect with regulators, stakeholders, and clients.
• A passion for mentoring, leadership, and advancing a culture of excellence and safety.
