Job Description
The Sr. Engineer position is a senior-level role that involves managing and developing Apex's Municipal services for public and private clients. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing revenue goals, monitoring project budgets, and recruiting key staff. The position requires a strong ability to mentor project engineers and participate in business development and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 10+ years of municipal engineering experience
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Licensed engineer to practice engineering in MN and/or ND
- Experience with public agencies in MN and/or ND
- Developing business and managing personnel in the consulting engineering industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other CADD-based civil design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
