Sr. Engineer

Sr. Engineer position at Apex Engineering Group responsible for managing and growing municipal services in the MN and/or ND markets, including client relationships, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of client relationships
• Establish and maintain key strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with other sector leaders
• Follow and maintain strategic plan initiatives
• Demonstrate a strong ability to mentor project engineers
• Participate in business development and marketing activities
• Attend appropriate conferences and professional seminars
• Coordinate and direct project pursuit efforts
• Participate in municipal leadership team meetings
• Responsible for hiring and recruiting strategic positions
• Utilize effective communication skills in settings such as public meetings and professional seminars
• Provide financial and progress reports on MN and/or ND Municipal related operations
• Keep abreast of the latest civil engineering technical advancements, technology, and concepts in the MN and/or ND Municipal market
