Sr. Engineer position at Apex Engineering Group responsible for managing and growing municipal services in the MN and/or ND markets, including client relationships, strategic partnerships, and business development.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of client relationships
- Establish and maintain key strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with other sector leaders
- Follow and maintain strategic plan initiatives
- Demonstrate a strong ability to mentor project engineers
- Participate in business development and marketing activities
- Attend appropriate conferences and professional seminars
- Coordinate and direct project pursuit efforts
- Participate in municipal leadership team meetings
- Responsible for hiring and recruiting strategic positions
- Utilize effective communication skills in settings such as public meetings and professional seminars
- Provide financial and progress reports on MN and/or ND Municipal related operations
- Keep abreast of the latest civil engineering technical advancements, technology, and concepts in the MN and/or ND Municipal market
