Director, Product Management (Accounts)

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Director, Product Management for the Accounts and Investigations group. The role requires a visionary leader to lead a high-performing product team, own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core capabilities, and shape the Ascend Accounts Reference product. The Director will oversee the planning, development, launch, and enhancement of products, manage a team of product managers, and work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Develop and refine the product management strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy
• Manage and grow a team of product managers and related personnel, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
• Oversee the planning, development, launch, and enhancement of products
• Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure that product strategies are well understood and supported across the organization
