Pharmacist

The Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing Prior Authorization and medication exception requests, providing guidance to PA Specialists, and serving as a clinical resource to the department.

Requirements

• Active TX state licensed pharmacist with current license to practice with no restrictions
• Clinical pharmacist with experience in medication review, patient counseling and identification of drug-related problems
• Outstanding written and communication skills required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail necessary
• Experience with Microsoft applications required
