Pharmacist (URGENT)

The clinical pharmacist conducts clinical reviews of medical data, performs prior authorization for specialty medications, and applies clinical knowledge to plan approved criteria for prospective and concurrent reviews of cases. The position is responsible for accurate delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing of medications, quality assurance, clinical monitoring, and control of inventory.

Requirements

• Prior experience with clinical monitoring and management of patients
• Knowledge of IV supplies
• 1-3 years experience in retail, hospital, or managed care setting
• Pharmacy knowledge
• Microsoft Office literacy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
