Distribution Supervisor

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions within the Apex Distribution Center, ensuring safety, performance, and costs. The supervisor will work closely with on-site leadership and collaborate with support functions to deliver cost and service KPI's.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership responsibility in a distribution environment
• Track record of achieving growth and profitability targets including the reduction of costs while increasing operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Effective communication skills across various levels of the organization with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Change agent that can inspire others to adopt the company mission and vision.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
