Job Description
The B Shift lead is accountable for productive and efficient work area(s) including the direction of team members. This position will be based in our Apex, NC Distribution Center.
Requirements
- Provide assistance and direction to other associates ensuring productivity goals are met
- Ensure a positive work environment through clear and effective communication with others
- Monitor and control the level of work on the floor to meet the business needs
- Implement efficient distribution center processes to reduce cost and lead time and to help meet/exceed distribution center productivity targets
