Job Description
APF France Handicap is seeking a Business to Business Client Relationship Manager to join their Customer Service team on a temporary basis. The position does not involve commercial activities, but rather focuses on external customer relations for adjusting ads or resolving issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Significant experience in professional customer support (BtoB)
- Developed customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and rigorous approach
- Excellent data analysis skills and aptitude for digital tools
- Good writing skills
- Commitment and professional awareness
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
- Proactivity and autonomy in managing priorities
