Requirements

• University-educated professional in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance processes for assets, industrial equipment, or installation management in operational environments
• Experience leading technical and multicultural teams
• Solid understanding of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• KPI management, failure analysis, and continuous improvement
• Leadership, team motivation, and decision-making
• Provider and technical contractor management
