Job Description
Manager, Equipment Maintenance responsible for leading maintenance team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of all matters related to maintenance machines. The role involves managing the maintenance department, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, and coordinating engineering projects. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in SCADA or BMS systems and Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of maintenance and management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3+ years managerial/leadership experience in clean room environment and technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or another related engineering discipline
