Job Description
Manage equipment maintenance, lead the maintenance team, and ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of all matters related to maintenance and production equipment. Responsible for department budget, KPI objectives, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Develop and implement aggressive plans to support company goals, and execute plans, programs, and goals to motivate and engage the workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline
- Typically 8+ years of maintenance and management experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically 3+ years managerial/leadership experience in clean room environment and technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analysis tools such as problem-solving, risk assessment, Lean six sigma, fishbone, MTTBF, MTTR, OEE, AutoCAD, TPM
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
