Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer responsible for equipment maintenance and improvements, leading a team of technicians, and implementing cost reduction activities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and relevant working experience in networking, test process, or product transfer.

Requirements

• Responsible for equipment maintenance and improvements
• Lead a group of technicians
• Identify, lead and implement cost reduction activities
• Prepare & perform new equipment set-up and buy-off
• Ensure proper facilities are available for new equipment set-up
• Liaise with equipment vendor to improve tool capability
• Provide feedback on equipment and material issues/make recommendations and offer solutions to ensure new products meet requirements
• Work with process engineers in preparing and updating process documentations and work instructions for assembly line process and equipment
• Work with production team in improving yield & UPH of the assigned processes, including cost reduction activities
• Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc
• Derive Continual Improvement
• Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task
