Equipment manager

Lead the equipment and maintenance team to meet equipment downtime and utilization goals. Ensure maintenance expenditure, tech overtime, and tech skillset development are above expectation. Implement equipment improvement activities and manage spare parts purchase.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in assembly maintenance in a semiconductor/fabrication environment
• Good electrical troubleshooting skill and problem-solving skill such as 8-D method
• Good leadership skills and motivation to bring the best in his/her team
