Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and maintenance of semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Leadership and team development experience
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of semiconductor equipment experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to wear full cleanroom attire
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and process gases
