Job Description
The Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager will lead a team of equipment engineers and technicians to ensure equipment uptime and process stability. They will promote a servant leadership culture and develop and coach engineers and technicians through individual growth plans. The manager will also oversee project schedules, capital justifications, and installation activities for new or relocated tools.
Requirements
- Lead a team of approximately 2+ Equipment Engineers and several technicians
- Develop and coach engineers and technicians through individual growth plans
- Oversee project schedules, capital justifications, and installation activities for new or relocated tools
- Build and sustain positive relationships with key vendors and service providers
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineering, EHS, Facilities, and Operations leadership
