The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or conference management, with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline outcomes. The role offers full ownership of the events program at a high-growth enterprise AI company, direct collaboration with senior leadership and Sales on high-stakes activations, and competitive compensation aligned to market benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or conference management
• Proven track record of events that drove measurable pipeline outcomes
• Strong cross-functional experience with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams
• Strong project/program management across multiple parallel workstreams
• Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management
• Data-driven: comfortable defining KPIs, reporting, and improving future activations
• Willingness to travel for flagship events across India
