Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor I oversees the day-to-day activities of a small production team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for monitoring employee performance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and addressing minor operational issues.

Requirements

• Works under close supervision of higher management, typically a Production Supervisor II or Production Manager.
• Executes decisions made by more senior leaders.
• Supervise frontline production staff and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.
