Regional Director, Field Medical Affairs - East

We are seeking a Regional Director, Field Medical Affairs - East to lead and expand our Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team in the East region. The ideal candidate will have an advanced clinical or scientific degree and experience in field medical affairs leadership within dermatology.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degrees are required (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, PA, NP), Doctorate strongly preferred in health sciences or clinical discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs and 5 years of experience in field medical affairs
• MSL leadership experience required
• 2+ years of experience in the dermatology therapeutic area strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven history of establishing and maintaining relationships with KOLs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic biotech environment with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
