Principal - Head of CPS India

Apollo is actively recruiting a highly motivated individual to join their Client & Product Solutions (CPS) team as Chief Operating Officer and Regional Business Lead for India. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including team strategy, team management, championing culture, project management, and financial management.

Requirements

• 17+ years of prior experience within an investment bank, alternative asset management firm or other high caliber institution
• Critical thinker with strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Team player and relationship builder with proven ability to work across business lines
• Outstanding project management skills and excellent operations and analytical acumen
• Superior people management and leadership skills
• Deep, proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong relationship building skills. Must establish self as credible and trusted partner amongst a wide variety of global stakeholders
• Proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, demonstrated work ethic, strong attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to operate in complex environment with multiple stakeholders across the platform
