Job Description
Transformation Management Lead - Principal: Lead EMEA Transformation Management team, drive large-scale transformation programs, and shift firm from fragmented project delivery to horizontal, KPI-driven enterprise programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, asset management, or corporate strategy
- Strong financial services acumen (credit, insurance, asset management experience preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading operating model redesign, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiatives
- Strong technology orientation with a focus on automation, process industrialization, and AI-enabled workflows
