As an Automation Manager at Apotea, you will lead and develop the new automation group, be responsible for daily operational management of automation, and ensure that work is planned, followed up, and executed correctly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership and/or personnel management within warehouse, logistics, production, e-commerce, or automation
• Familiarity with daily management, staffing planning, follow-up, and improvement work
• Good technical understanding and confidence in working with digital systems, automated flows, and operational key performance indicators
