As the Service Manager for Warehouse Automation, you will lead and develop our service team, ensure high availability in our technical environment, and ensure a stable and efficient operation. The role involves leading a team of 6 technicians, prioritizing and developing daily service and maintenance work, and working closely with automation system and technical processes.
Requirements
- Experience in leading teams within service, maintenance, technology, or industrial operations
- Experience in working operationally in a technical environment, preferably close to production, logistics, or automation
- Experience in warehouse automation and automated flows
- Experience in working with optimization and automation processes within production, industry, or logistics
- Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting both mechanical and electronic systems
- Ability to support in technical assessments and make the right decisions in the daily operation
- Good communication skills and experience in collaboration with multiple functions in the operation
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
