We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 1-year fixed term contract. The Senior People Partner will support Inizio Medical in achieving its goals by developing and executing human resource strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior HR Partner or HR Manager position in a matrix organisation
- Strong experience in UK HR, with international experience desirable
- Experience within an agency or professional services environment is highly desirable
- Strong relationship management skills, with proven ability to build relationships and coordinate effectively among a wide range of stakeholders and collaborators
- Strategic consulting expertise and the ability to use relationships, develop and then implement solutions to challenges and to influence strategic decisions
- The ability to respond to shifts in the business environment, adapt and change course
- Commercial acumen — An understanding of the organization’s business model, growth objectives, financial and operational processes and wider business trends which enables delivery of strategic solutions
- Experience of developing and delivering HR activities of strategic value to our organization and meet employees’ needs across the employee life cycle
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in analysing and communicating data insights to guide business solutions and measure successful outcomes
