We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Growth Marketing to help take Apothékary to the next level. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be building a comprehensive digital growth marketing strategy to hit Apothékary’s ambitious revenue goals.
Requirements
- Oversee all in house and agency performance marketing efforts, including paid social, PPC, apps, podcasting, OTT, affiliate, and digital OOH.
- Develop and lead innovative and effective creative strategies to help drive both top of funnel brand awareness across all online and offline channels and drive mid/lower funnel conversion growth across digital channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of our marketing funnel and attribution and use data-driven insights to prioritize, lead, and implement performance marketing strategies to drive member conversion and optimize the funnel.
- 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing leadership role with an emphasis on creative strategy, preferably within a high-growth health, wellness or CPG company
- Must have experience with Meta, Tik Tok Shop, and Amazon ads
- A minimum of 2+ years of people management experience, showcasing a history of building, growing, and effectively managing growth marketing teams
