Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant role providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Artistic Director/CEO, managing complex scheduling, coordinating communications, and handling confidential tasks with discretion.

Requirements

• Oversee personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, and errands
• Manage household vendors, deliveries, and general upkeep
• Coordinate domestic and international personal and business travel
• Manage personal finances, including tracking and paying personal bills
• Assist with special projects related to events, gifting, or home organization
• Order and coordinate meals (typically breakfast and lunch) during all workdays
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all personal matters
