Job Description
This Assistant Manager - Sales role is responsible for increasing business revenues through effective leadership, strategic planning, and maintaining high-quality standards in retail stores. The role involves overseeing the recruiting, training, and performance management of store employees, as well as optimizing sales processes, store design, and brand communication. It focuses on providing excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Requirements
- Achieve quantitative measures of performance in units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, and sales turnover.
- Guide Area Managers and Stores Managers in maximizing productivity and utilizing available resources.
- Ensure compliance with Company SOP, policies, and procedures in all stores.
- Oversee implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer service, and teamwork.
