Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the overall operations of the store, ensure a seamless customer experience, and oversee daily operations, staff management, and sales targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising, and ensuring staff adheres to retail standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in customer-centric role with strong management experience, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in enhancing customer engagement, and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
