Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the overall store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining sales targets, and upholding customer satisfaction through proactive leadership, inventory control, and merchandising. They will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies and ensuring brand standards are met.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in customer-centric role with strong management experience, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in enhancing customer engagement and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets for stores.
- Strong understanding of retail management and problem-solving.
