Job Description
This Beauty Advisor role focuses on representing the brand and providing exceptional customer service within the store. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, offering personalized beauty consultations, upselling products, and maintaining store standards. It requires strong customer service skills and product knowledge related to skincare and makeup.
Requirements
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, offering personalized beauty consultations.
- Engage with customers in a warm, approachable manner, providing skincare advice, makeup tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific beauty needs, and converting window shoppers into buyers.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and maintain product knowledge.
- Assist in store operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management.
- Ensure visual presentation standards and maintain store cleanliness.
