Job Description
The Beauty Advisor role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge within a Beauty Store, driving sales, and contributing to store operations. They are responsible for personalized consultations, maintaining store appearance, and promoting brand loyalty through upselling, product sampling, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific beauty needs.
- Contribute to the overall store operations and visual presentation standards.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
