The Cluster Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing and delivering visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store, while training and coaching the store team to achieve commercial sales goals.

Requirements

• Develop and deliver visual concepts to promote the brand, products, and services in-store
• Train and coach the store team to perform merchant-based VP and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks
• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact
• Create eye-catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities
