Job Description
This Department Manager role is focused on ensuring excellent customer service for retail staff, efficient store operations, and maintaining brand standards. The position requires a fashionable, well-groomed individual with strong product knowledge and a dedication to maximizing sales and loyalty through active participation in store management.
Requirements
- Must be fashionable, well-groomed and possess updated product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives.
- Assisting the Store Manager in implementation of operating procedures.
- Auditing store administration and resolving issues.
- Manage daily roaster, leave and grievances.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Promote loyalty programs.
- Ensure security awareness.
- Physical fitness for long hours and heavy lifting.
