Job Description
This Sales Associate position at the Club Apparel store in Muscat, Oman focuses on representing the brand, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales through retail experience. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, handling POS transactions, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The position requires flexibility to work extended hours and flexibility in shifts.
Requirements
- Greet customers and assist with product selection.
- Convert shoppers to buyers and promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Maintain store presentation and maintain POS transaction records.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and issue customer receipts.
- Adhere to SOP and Loss Prevention Policies.
