Job Description
This Store Manager position oversees daily store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving financial targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market. It focuses on achieving sales targets, managing staff, and maintaining store standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer-centric role with strong management experience, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in enhancing customer engagement and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets.
