Job Description
This Store Manager position involves achieving company objectives through exceptional customer service, following company operating procedures, and promoting the Loyalty Program. Key responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, visual merchandising, security, and continuous improvement. The role will supervise the store team and ensure adherence to brand policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Achieve company objectives and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Implement operating procedures and brand standards.
- Promote the Loyalty Program and maximize repeat sales.
- Provide feedback to Area Manager and Operations Manager.
- Manage stock, leave, and grievances.
