Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for achieving company objectives, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing operational procedures to maximize sales. This role involves staff training, maintaining store standards, promoting the Loyalty Program, and ensuring a safe and visually appealing environment. The manager also oversees stock loss management, employee welfare, and store administration.

- Ensure minimum stock loss and loss resolution.
