Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets and relaying feedback about customers and products to relevant role holders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer centric role
- Strong management experience, leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in enhancing customer engagement, and achieving & exceeding sales KPI targets for stores
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field
