Trainer

The Trainer position supports the training mission within the Food and Beverage teams by developing and implementing training programs. This role involves conducting training needs analysis, creating departmental and company-wide training plans, managing employee orientation, and ensuring adherence to F&B standards and policies. It also focuses on maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

Requirements

• Conduct a training need analysis.
• Create and communicate a monthly and weekly departmental training plan.
• Ensure employees receive F&B manuals and policies.
• Coordinate new team member onboarding.
• Document training attendance.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Perform workplace inspections.
• Respond to hazards and report injuries.
• Enforce employee compliance.
• Recommend improvements to health and safety.
